AREX Biosciences is proud to announce the launch of our new ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) series, designed for the quantitative measurement of target proteins in various biological samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, urine, and tissue lysates.
This assay features a specific capture antibody coated on a 96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, allowing the target protein to bind to the immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is introduced, followed by HRP-conjugated streptavidin. Subsequent washes ensure unbound antibodies are removed.
A TMB substrate solution is then added, producing a color that develops in proportion to the amount of target protein present. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow, with the intensity measured at 450 nm.
With this new series, AREX aims to provide researchers with reliable tools for effective protein analysis in their studies.
